1. Data We Collect

Account Information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user ID. We store this information to associate your activity with your account.

Content You Provide. We collect and store the images, text, and descriptions you upload for processing (OCR, lyric generation, song creation).

Generated Content. Song lyrics and audio files produced by the service are stored temporarily during generation and, if you choose to save them, permanently on our servers.

Usage Data. We log basic information such as job timestamps, number of requests, and feature usage to maintain and improve the service.

Payment Data. Credit purchases are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers. Transaction identifiers and purchase history are retained.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service
• To process your content through AI models (OCR, lyric generation, music generation)
• To manage your account, credits, and usage limits

• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your content is processed by trusted third-party service providers we engage to operate the service. Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Uploaded images are stored on our hosting server and may be deleted after processing. Saved songs are retained until you request deletion or your account is inactive for an extended period. We retain account and usage records for up to 12 months after account deletion for legal and operational purposes.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — limit how we process your data

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your session token, user preferences, and song history. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Essential functional cookies may be set by the authentication provider (Firebase).

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, token-based authentication, and access controls on stored files. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us to have it removed.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
