This service allows you to upload text, images, or descriptions to generate song lyrics and audio using third-party AI models. You may save generated songs to your account history and download them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (e.g., OCR text extraction, AI song generation). We do not claim ownership of generated outputs.

The service offers limited free demos. Additional usage requires purchasing credits through an integrated payment processor. All purchases are final; refunds are handled per processor policy. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
The service may rely on third-party providers for certain functions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services.
The service itself (code, design, branding) is our proprietary property. Generated song outputs are provided as-is without any warranty of originality or non-infringement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify of material changes via the service or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
